Latest Shipping Updates (OCT 2025)

Important updates regarding our shipping status and operations. First and foremost, we have recently shipped out the Macross 82-99 - '10 Million Miles Away' vinyl. Additionally, we have now begun shipping the last batch of cassette and CD players.

We owe you a huge thank you for your patience, and a sincere explanation for the silence. We want to be transparent about the challenges we've faced and how we're moving forward.

You may have noticed delays and a lack of new releases since April. This was due to our operations being heavily affected by external challenges, primarily the US tariffs. These pressures forced us into an unplanned hiatus and led to the difficult decisions to cut staff and relocate our warehouse after all of our primary shipping services were suspended.

It's been a tough road, but we have never stopped working to find a solution. As mentioned in our previous update, to ensure we could continue the fulfilment process, we relocated some of our inventory to different countries. This process took longer than we anticipated, but we are now back. To get your orders to you, we now have to route all packages through a third country first (with some orders being shipped by land). This is the only way forward for now, but it adds a significant amount of time to both processing and delivery.

We know the wait has been frustrating, and we are truly sorry for the lack of communication and the delays.

Here is our current fulfilment plan::

  • Our goal is to have every single backlogged order shipped out before the end of November. (Which include: Aritus x Fibre - Virtues EP and all other picture disc vinyl)
  • Our new shipping operation is now getting smoother day by day. We are confident that by the end of this year, shipping times will return to normal.

Please be aware that we have two separate shipping streams:

  • Vinyl, Cassettes, and Music Players: Shipped from our main inventory and are subject to the new, slower routing process.
  • Artist & Label Merchandise (T-shirts, Tote Bag, Mugs etc.): Shipped directly from partners in the US or Europe and are NOT affected by any of the delays mentioned in this update.
