- All sales are final.

- If you ever receive a damaged products, please send an email to shipping@neoncityrecords.com within 10 days of delivery with an attached photo /video.

- In case of returns, shipping and all related costs are the responsibility of the buyer to send it back to Neoncity Records.

- We do our best in providing extra protection when packing orders, and we are not responsible for damage that takes place during shipping.

- All of our picture disc vinyl records are pressed in 180g, which means it is thicker and has a more dynamic groove than the more common 120g and 140g vinyl records, playing them on a lower-end / vintage turntable may cause skipping issue due to the stylus inability to track the groove properly, adjusting the balance of the turntable’s tonearm (i.e. adding weight/pressure) can usually fix the issue.

- Records with slight warps that do not affect play are normal and will not be exchanged.
