Shipping policy

- 7-14 working days order processing time

- All vinyl records and cassette tapes are shipped from Hong Kong, the estimated delivery time for international orders is around 7-20 working days. If prompt shipment of on-hand items is preferred, please purchase all pre-order items separately and independently.

- Pre-order items purchased in a same cart will be shipped together when all items within the order are ready for shipment, 

- We offered combine shipping service for customers to ship multiple orders with one delivery. The difference of the shipping fee will be refunded after the orders are combined, to apply please send an email with your order numbers to: shipping@neoncityrecords.com
